Replacement or return must be made within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the product in the event of a manufacturing defect or non-existence.

For exchange or return, the product must be in its original condition with the box, unused and uninstalled, otherwise we are not obligated to do otherwise.
Installed products cannot be replaced or returned unless they contain a manufacturing defect. After this has been determined by our specialized department.
In the event of a difference in the product in terms of color or size, the customer has the right to replace or return the product and request the same product or another product within (24 hours) from the date of receiving the order (after this is determined by our specialized department).
In the event that the product is installed or used or the packaging is damaged, it will not be replaced or returned, even if it is within the replacement and return period, except for the presence of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity of the product after this has been determined by our specialized department.
Products included in the offers and discounts, the last piece, or a discount coupon was used, or the customer received an automatic discount. The exchange policy only applies to his order.
If the customer wishes to return the product in its original condition, the international shipping and customs clearance costs will be deducted 70% of the product value.
