How long does it take for the order to arrive?
Shipping time varies depending on the country of manufacture.
Egypt Factory Orders: Shipping time usually ranges from 30 to 45 working days for pre-order products, except for products that require precise craftsmanship, which require a shipping and manufacturing time of 45 to 60 working days.
Saudi Factory Orders: Shipping time usually ranges from 7 to 15 business days for available orders. Immediate delivery.
Is the order delayed beyond the specified period?
Orders from Egypt's factories may be delayed beyond the specified period due to circumstances beyond our control, such as manufacturing, the provision of raw materials, and international shipping conditions. The maximum delay period is 120 working days.
How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping cost varies depending on the country of order.
- Shipping cost within Saudi Arabia: 80 SAR
- Shipping cost within Egypt: 40 SAR
Can I return/exchange my order after arrival?
The customer has the right to return the order/product within the first 7 days from the date of receipt of the order, in the event that the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not conform to the specifications.
The product must be in the original condition in which it arrived, and the product must be in the original packaging in which it arrived (the shipping company will not receive any unpackaged product).
Exchange/refund is made within the first 7 days of receipt.
Is there a warranty on the products?
There is a guarantee to return the product within the first 7 days from the date of receiving the order if the order arrives not conforming to the specifications or has a manufacturing defect.
