How long does it take for the order to arrive?
Shipping time varies by country.
Requests from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The shipping period usually ranges between 30 to 45 working days for all products, except for products that require precise craftsmanship, which require a shipping and manufacturing period of 45 to 60 working days.
Is the order delayed beyond the specified period?
The order may be delayed beyond the specified period due to circumstances beyond our control due to manufacturing, provision of materials, and international shipping conditions. The maximum period of delay is 120 working days.

Can my order be returned/exchanged after arrival?
The customer has the right to return the order/product within the first 7 days from the date of receipt of the order, in the event that the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not meet the specifications.
The product must be in the original condition in which it arrived, and the product must be in the original packaging in which it arrived (the shipping company will not receive any product that is not packaged).

Is there a warranty on the products?
There is a guarantee to return the product within the first 7 days from the date of receipt of the order if the order arrives not in accordance with the specifications or has a manufacturing defect.
